Returns Policy

At Anvika Wellness Co., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. In the rare event that you receive an unsatisfactory order, we offer a straightforward returns policy under specific conditions.

Eligible Return Scenarios

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You received an item(s) that does not match your order.
  • The item(s) were damaged in transit (please ensure the acceptance of delivery was refused at doorstep after primary checks).
  • The item is expired upon receipt.

Important Notes Regarding Damaged Orders

If you notice any damage to the package at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. If you discover damage after accepting the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by calling us at +91-8850834735. Replacement of damaged items is subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued according to Anvika Wellness Co.'s refund timelines.

Conditions for Returns

Please ensure the following conditions are met for a successful return:

  • Items being returned must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging with intact labels and barcodes.
  • Only fully unused products can be returned.
  • The batch number of the product being returned should match the one mentioned on the sales invoice.
  • The original sales invoice must be presented for processing returns and refunds.

Non-Acceptable Return Scenarios

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Partially used products.
  • Products requiring specific storage conditions, including temperature or humidity-controlled handling.
  • Products that have expired post-purchase.
  • Repeated return requests for the same product or order.

Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return based on the above conditions, you can initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our Customer Care Centre at +91-8850834735. All returns are subject to eligibility review by our team.

Refund Timelines

Refunds for eligible returns are processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. After the return is verified by our Returns team, refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days.

Please note that refund timelines may vary due to bank processing times and regulatory guidelines. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Anvika Wellness Co. account must match the name of the bank account holder used for the transaction.

Note on NEFT Refunds

NEFT refunds will typically be initiated within 5-7 business days from our end and credited to your account within another 2-3 business days. Anvika Wellness Co. is not liable for any delays caused by third-party affiliates (including banks), customer information delays, technical issues, or reasons beyond our control.
