Acceptance of Goods

Once the order is verified and acknowledged by the customer upon delivery, the order in full or part cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the delivered order, which is highly unlikely. We request that you carefully verify all details and documents provided to you before accepting the goods. Any complaints regarding shortages of goods, defects, or other issues will not be entertained once the goods are accepted at the time of delivery. Refunds Policy

Refunds will only be processed for defective or incorrect deliveries. All refunds will be issued via NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) to the account provided by the customer. Refunds for payments made via credit card will typically take 7-10 days to process.
